Especially if you are a "railfan" in California, please have a look. Or, if you are a rail enthusiast in another state, and want a template with which to jump-start better OSM rail completion in your neck of the woods, please copy what you might from this wiki.  It is a little bit "stubby" (some missing elements in the tables...) but it should provide a good launch pad for either a California railfan or an OSM mapper who wants to ignite a similar venture in another state.<br>
