To me, retail implies that you can take home a product (even if it's food in your stomach). Commercial means you are buying a service. <br></div></blockquote><div><br></div><div>One could argue for industrial since we're talking about rental warehouse space.  Is there a shop or (ugh) amenity for this? </div></div></div></div>
