administrative boundaries in OSM.<br></blockquote><div>Ok, but we still need to know where those private inholdings are, because Forest regulations will not apply.  For example, unless posted otherwise, I can go anywhere on National Forest government owned lands, and I can camp anywhere as long as I am not within a certain distance of a road or stream.  I can't do those things on private land. So access=private, ownership=private?<br></div><br></div></div>
