<div>I encountered case where mapper assumed based on their old visit that<br></div><div>every single road in New York City is definitely surface=asphalt and mapped them this way.<br></div><div><br></div><div>Is it safe to assume this? Is such edit OK or something to be reverted?<br></div>  </div>
