For the past several months, none of these options display properly.  Even in previous years, when they displayed, they often did so slowly or intermittently, especially when changing zoom levels.  </div>

 Virginia Geographic Information Network.  I cannot change the id editor to repair this apparent problem, nor do I know the proper changes to induce these layers to load speedily or even to load at all.  </span></div>
