think this is further complicated by the officially designated name of a
road. MS 588 in Mississippi is officially designated as "James Duncan
Arrington Memorial highway" or something like that, but putting it in
the official name tag throws validator errors.... But it shouldn't be in
the main name tag because nobody calls it that.
