</blockquote></div></div></blockquote><div><br></div><div>Note that, "the motorway ended with the previous junction" is one opinion of several and there is not broad consensus on the issue of <i>exactly</i> where a motorway part of an expressway should end.  If Minnesotans reach consensus that, in Minnesota, a motorway section should end at the first at grade intersection, I see nothing wrong with that.</div><div><br></div></div></div>
