[OSM-Talk-ZA] Tagging "agricultural holdings"/plots

I suppose it comes down to what is the primary use of the land is.  
"Recreational agriculture" suggests the land is residential primarily.  
I too grow veggies in my tiny garden, but it is "recreational farming"  
and the property is a city residence. Otherwise the only difference is  
size and I don't think that should be what determines the category.
