[OSM-talk] KMS tags in Finland

Hi,

I had a look on tagwatch:

http://tagwatch.stoecker.eu/Finland/En/top_undocumented_keys.html

What are those millions of "kms" keys and values and is this situation OK? Are
those tags actually in Finland at all or could it be possible that tagwatch has
been using some Scandinavian wide excerpt?
