[OSM-talk] Major problem with the map

The map at www.openstreetmap.org is not rendering and exhibits odd behavior including (as described by the 'second' I got on the observation):

1. Always starting at lat 0 lon 0 at zoomlevel 1 
2. No new options, no data option 
3. Click on search results ---> Backk to 1

Not quite sure where to report this issue so it can be addressed with all due speed ... but I thought here would not be a bad place to start.
