<P>In my example (being scotland) where i was, there where definatly no cybercafe's, and probably noone who new about, or even had a comptuter.  Where I live there is no cybercafe's for 20 miles+, So that can't really be a good alternative.  It would also be nice to be able to be self relient on this.</P>
