With Firefox there is no way (that I know of) to zoom in, zoom out or pan<BR>
the map. It's possible, depending on the size and scale, that the only bit<BR>
of the map that is shown in the browser window doesn't actually have any<BR>
roads.<BR>

Try View/Source and then save as an svg file. Then try opening the svg in<BR>
Inkscape or whatever else you've got that can do SVG.<BR>
