<P>(Responce to an email a while ago now)</P>
<P>I phoned up the Land Registrty, Rutland Council, Ordinatn Survey, The Boundry Commision, The Boundry Commity, Some guy called Simon Partly, The Department for Communties and Local Goverment, Some Women Called Maggie Crosey and the OS Boundries Helpline!, and after going in circles, I was lead to: opsi.gov.uk/stat.htm.</P>
<P>Apparently this is the only way to find out where the boundry is. Either Copy it from maps made before 1956, or use this database of changes recorded on line from 1984 (i think). This means theres a large gap, but I would asume not much changed.</P>
<P>Therefore Would the easiest way of making a county bourder be (and still being sorta legal), go round where the pre 1956 maps say the bourder is (bike/kayak walk etc), then compair this to a modern day os map, and then if there are any differences try to justify them by finding the legal evedence for there change...<BR><BR><BR>Ben </P></DIV>
