in JOSM and would I enter, say Interstate Highway 89 and then paste in value
<tag k="highway" v="motorway"/> or is naming seperate and I should
only add in "highway" and is the name the KEY and the value the TAG? I
would suggest standard drop down selection by country (if that is the model you
are persuing) to lessen the learning curve and make it simpler, especially for
all those new GPS afficianados that have been anticipated. Thanks for
