<div>I suppose a 5 minute downtime just backs everything else up. If the server is normally 50% loaded, then it'll take 5 more minutes to get back to normal. </div>
<div>It wouldn't surprise me if other people have cron jobs that do an OSM download of a specific area every 24 hours.</div>
