</a><br><br>Obviously there's some of variance depending on population density, but I'd say that 2 hours (combined surveying and editing time) per 1,000 population is a good working figure.<br><br>For the UK (pop. 66m) it will require about 
16.5 man/years or about 330 volunteers, contributing 1 day per week, for 1 year.   <br><br>Given the current level of activity, and rate of growth, the whole project seems to be almost feasible ;)<br><br>Etienne<br><br><div>
