Hi all,<br><br>Assuming I can get osm2shp to build with some help, or I can try using<br>osm2pgsql, it looks like these programs us planet.osm as the input.<br>How do I create planet.osm or where do I get it from?<br><br>
I read through the faq and various pages in the wiki, but it was not<br>obvious to me how to get extract or otherwise get the road network.<br><br>Some help or pointers to doc I should be readu=ing for this would be<br>appreciated.
