In general, it's better to repeat the actual proposal on the page,
i.e. specify the key (and value where applicable), and whether it's
for a node/way/area etc. I know this is on the main proposed features
page, but it's best to be clear about it.

Also, if you can explain exactly what you mean, it helps non-native
speakers. Links to wikipedia (e.g.
<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Science_park">http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Science_park</a>) will help with
translations. In your case, you might want to outline whether you
include universities, hospitals with research buildings, government
labs and so on in your idea of "research centers", or whether you mean
science parks as per the wikipedia link.

The more detailed the proposal, the more likely I am to consider it!
