<br>Are we trying to determine if he's genuine and it's worth sending him a GPSr? (or it is some sort of scam)<br><br>It would be sad to lose someone mapping where there is nobody because they can't afford the basic equipment. But I don't personally have the money to flutter it away to anyone who asks and figure getting it sent out.
