Assuming you know the username (from zooming in on the Osmarender layer say) then you can append that name instead of your own to the www.osm address. eg mine is at http://www.openstreetmap.org/user/blackadder. From there you can send an email to the user.
Hi,
today i found someone deleted roundabouts i mapped (and just the
roundabouts - not the streets leading up there).

Then tonight i find more garbage data (ways without ANY tags, dots,
cycleways which are definitly not there, unconnected roads, duplicate
roads etc) in and around the area.

The user has no page in the wiki - How do i find out the e-mail address
to discuss the mapping style and source of his data?

It seems he is trying around with potlatch and mapping just by memory.
