OSM is effectivly providing a competitor to Google with regard to<br>
mapping. I doubt a judge would look to kindly on noting details from<br>
google street view to improve OSM.<br>

*However* this is a great oppertunity for Google to step up and Do The<br>
Right Thing. They should let OSM use it, just like how Yahoo let OSM use<br>
