For some reasons I can't explain, my etrex couldn't start anymore. At<br>

I see no physical damage in the unit and it's still working yesterday.<br>

</blockquote></div><br>You could try a master reset on it--hold down the page, menu and enter buttons while turning it on (it might help to have an extra set of hands...) If it still beeps or is recognized by your USB host when you turn it on, you may have encountered the common eTrex screen failure (loose connector). Another thing to try is to remove your microSD card (if your model has one) to see if it will power on.<br>
