I guess a picture of "irritating" tactile paving would help.<br>

manhole covers, drains, ramps and cobble stones would likely be equally
irritating then too... maybe a separate, common, uneven surface, hazard
or warning tag could be used instead of irritating being a value on this particular tag...  <br></div></div><br>d<br>
