</blockquote></div><br>-1<br><br>If there is any going to be decision-making on the project as a whole especially on the OSM data, please don't require OSMF membership and SOTM appearance. Many people can't afford to join OSMF (think of people in developing countries who can't afford the £15 annual membership fee) and can't afford to fly to wherever SOTM will be.<br>
