The list will be used for all conversations about setting up local chapters.  There is also a different address <a href="mailto:local@osmfoundation.org">local@osmfoundation.org</a> that is an alias for the members of the local chapters working group.  Use local@ for any communications about meeting times or other administrative things.  Keep most of the discussion to the public list.</div>
