an administrative district rather than a place, but it would have been more time
consuming in the first instance to break up the current admin boundaries and
create relations to make smaller boundaries at the pcode:2 level. Its

Haiti.<BR><BR>First, I've just downloaded the xls file (22nd Jan at
12:57hrs (UK)). If anyone thinks this is out of date please let me know
asap.<BR><BR>Second, I understand the pcode1 and pcode2 columns but not
pcode3. Can anyone explain the pcode3 column?<BR><BR>Third, if no-one
can think of a reason for me not to, I intend to start putting in these
codes at 14:00hrs (UK), using<BR><BR>un:pcode:2=*<BR><BR>and doing
pcode2 first as these are the most obviously do-able.<BR><BR>Adrian
