Ushahidi is free to just use this as an extra input/and-or/output
channel.<br>
<br>
It is clearly not the mission of OSM to handle this kind of content.<br>
<br>
Assuming that OSM would be available on a smartphone, this appeared
like a very simple way to add valuable information input and output on
the map.<br>
<br>

For someone with an iPhone (or Google phone) with OSM with a layer
including OSMBugs=OSMEmergency in it<br>

Exemple use case 1:<br>
You want to report a emergency request. As soon as you are in an area
with Internet access, you click on the location, type your report, and
the whole world can see it.<br>

Exemple use case 2:<br>
You are looking for someone who has been calling for help. As long as
you are in a covered area, you have the location on your screen and you
can get incoming status updates. <br>
