Last week, we found out that another user is adding back the data.<br>
The reason was by clicking the "U" in potlatch, the deleted roads<br>
appear as red lines with a lock icon. Of course there is a tag<br>
showing the history:some version number. If the user would want to<br>
know more why the data was deleted he/she can click "H" to show more<br>
history info, but I suspect very few newbies know about this.<br>

I do love that we do not forget our own history, but is there a way to<br>
warn potlatch users not to revert such data? Perhaps an additional<br>
tag as to why the data was deleted? This can be probably parsed from<br>
the changeset comments.<br>
