Shouldn't the text actually say at least 'OpenStreetMap' somewhere, rather than just 'Terms of use'. With my simple understanding of the attribution license.<div><br><div>I prefer that because it makes sure the name is getting out there next to our work.</div>

I met these guys a few months ago. Basically they know about OSM, they know<br>
about G MapMaker. They've got a potential market, but they know they are a<br>
few years behind collaborative map making... :-/<br>
