I can't find any discussion about those tags on talk@. And no, I haven't<br>
checked whether it's been discussed in the tagging mailing list, but changes of<br>
this importance should be given ample diffusion, and announced everywhere (and<br>
you can't expect everyone to be subscribed to the tagging mailing list). And<br>
