I wasn't whining, nor was I suggesting that the project has no potential.<div><br></div><div>In fact, I think there are lots of good answers to the question "how do you use speed limit tags when only 8% of the roads are tagged with them?"  But I don't think "think longer-term" is one of them.</div>

Did it prevent me from mapping when I discovered back in 2007 that the map was almost blank? Did I think that the project had no potential, could not become anywhere near suitable for routing? No, on the contrary. And look at where we're now, only three years later!<br>
