In the long run there will be generally no room in OSM for data which has not been added under CT.<br>

It is possible for OSMF to make exceptions for individual cases, e.g. if you have used your account to import a lot of data which comes under a license that is ODbL compatible but not CT compatible then it is possible that OSMF makes a special deal with you.<br>

OSMF will be interested in keeping the number of such "special deals" low for two reasons:<br>
<br>
1. Every one creates a lot of work to negotiate and set up.<br>
<br>
2. Data which is in OSM based on such "deals" is a liability if OSMF ever wanted to do another license change. If that happens, data under such "deals" would have to be individually re-negotiated, again causing a lot of work, and there would be a potential data loss in the future.<br>

I'm not saying it can't be done; I am pretty sure it will be done for 2 or 3 or 10 cases worldwide.<br>
