</div>No. The OSMF is protecting itself from being shut down by legal<br>
action. The contributor terms also protect the contributors from legal<br>
action against them.<br>

</div>You access OSMF paid for resources (hardware), domains, OSMF<br>
negotiated legal agreements (eg: aerial imagery) and OSMF negotiated<br>
hosting contracts etc and likely in future OSMF paid staff who manage<br>
things like servers and agreements. So no, they are not 2 different<br>
things.<br>
