There's a few tag adjustments I'd like to try and make in some different tools.<div><br></div><div>I don't think this is really a newbie question so I'm asking here.</div><div><br></div><div>For example there's a tag I've been using that encodes information useful in navigation but isn't being used in any renderers.  (I'm not mentioning the tag right now because I want to know the process involved not debate my tag)</div>
