</div>Not exactly what you asked for, but <a href="http://www.castamap.de/" target="_blank">http://www.castamap.de/</a> is a<br>
free/paid service for making this easy (I hope it switches to English<br>
if your browser is not configured for German, and that they provide<br>
the service outside of Europe).<br>
