</div></div>Here in Australia, we have many toll-roads where another part to the<br>
equation (time, size, etc) is how far you travel along the road. If you<br>
join the road at toll-point A and continue to toll-point B, its a<br>
different toll than A to C, or B to C.<br>
<br>
There are a couple of short roads which have a fixed value toll, but<br>
most toll-roads vary the toll depending on how far you travel.<br>
