Technically, can check bot=yes on the changeset tags ... this isn't required, but at least xybot follows this convention, and we can encourage more adoption of it by utilising it.<br>- Is this changeset made by a friend? Simply, if the viewer is signed in, check for friendship.<br>- Is this changeset big? As we're discussing, some disagreement on how to rely technically on this (OWL, or roughly by changeset size).<br><br>Ideas and discussion on what this could look like are welcome.
