Hi John,<br><br>I just downloaded 4738 and I was able to save to a local file. I had some trouble adding the improveWayAccuracy plugin, but I think it's due to a flaky internet connection. After 3 retries with Update Plugins, JOSM told me they're all up to date now.<br>
