OSRM made a layer that is visible in Geofabrik's Inspector here:<br><br><a href="http://tools.geofabrik.de/osmi/?view=routing">tools.geofabrik.de/osmi/?view=routing</a><br><br>It detects oneway streets that are dead ends, so you can't get out, streets that are islands, and simmilar topological errors. Unfortunately, it is only available in Europe.<br>
