The dense blob is the County of Longford where user PaddyMatthews (<a href="http://www.openstreetmap.org/user/PaddyMatthews/edits">http://www.openstreetmap.org/user/PaddyMatthews/edits</a>) has been painstakingly adding townland and other boundaries (typically admin_level=10) to the map for the last year or more.</pre>
