<p dir="ltr">I opened an issue about this a year ago and apparently it came up in an EWG meeting as well. But talk and issues don't write code. </p>

Think any app that creates notes should have a proper user with some<br>
information on the user's page and like wise an email address to contact.<br>
<br>
This way users could still create nodes anonymously but we would reach<br>
the person with power.<br>
