It may be due to a missing proxy configuration.<br>Would you like to
change your proxy settings now? <br></div></div><div>===============================</div><div><br></div><div>JOSM still works, but I can't do certain things like update the list of plugins.</div><div><br></div><div>System Info: </div><div>Windows 7</div><div>No proxy</div><div>Java 8 (happened with 7 as well)</div><div>JOSM version 8491</div><div>JOSM is set for "no proxy"</div><div><br></div><div>I can use my browser to access <a href="https://josm.openstreetmap.de">https://josm.openstreetmap.de</a> at its security certificate appears valid.</div><div><br></div><div>I searched the JOSM wiki & tickets.
