Re: real estate use case - I have seen local agents refer to <br>
neighborhoods that I put on OSM by surveying the new streets. Clients <br>
could be directed to use mapping apps to find a new neighborhood or new <br>
street that is on a city's GIS but not on other maps yet. (not sure <br>
which app they tell their clients to use)<br>
