<p>What about <a href="https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Ordnance_Survey_Opendata">https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Ordnance_Survey_Opendata</a> which says the OGL licence is compatible? What to you know that others don't?</p>
