I'm not surprised that a tag that is incomprehensible outside<br>
its country of origin is not rendered by a style that does not<br>
come from its country.<br>
Despite all the explanations, at worst, it should have been<br>
a value in cycleway, for ex cycleway=bicycle_road (or =road ?)<br>
