have never investigated whatever it is result of many newbie<br></div><div>mappers,
 recruiting people not really interested in mapping,<br></div><div>poor 
design on HOT-side, problem caused by mapping setup<br></div><div>unique
 to HOT or something else.<br></div><div><br></div><div>Note that the
