particular) the help site is no longer supported. The admins have
done an awful lot of work just to "keep the lights on" there.
There has been a significant amount of discussion, particularly

<p>Whilst I agree that it's simply not possible to read _everything_
written around and about OSM, you can't then complain "why wasn't
I consulted?" when discussion has been ongoing and decisions made
over the course of a couple of years.</p>
