What would stop someone from introducing pseudolocalizations today? Once <br>
upon a time, a user decided it would be appropriate to create localized <br>
versions of several category pages in every language known to the ISO, <br>
so that they could justify adding every language to the language bar at <br>
the top of every page on the wiki. We're still cleaning up after that mess.<br>

You have a point that maybe some safeguards are worth considering. <br>
Banning a user is an extreme step, so do you think the processes <br>
outlined in the proposal would prevent an overzealous individual from <br>
escalating things to that point? I think this would be useful feedback <br>
to the proposer.<br>
