The question arises from my need to use a car sharing service. Their
web site displays a zoomable google map but there wasn't really enough
detail to see exactly where the car station was. It was in
OpenStreetMap and OSMand allows searching for them, shows and quite
happily calculated a route to it.<br>

However the standard OSM web site doesn't show car sharing locations and
I'm not certain how much load it would put on the servers anyway.<br>
<br>
So we have a great database or map but how can a commercial company make
use of it?<br>
