Microsoft store.  Then search for JOSM.  Download it then you can leave a

 review.  The more reviews it has the more it looks as if it is the 

legitimate version.<br>

The other version which is a fork of JOSM is called  OpenStreetMap 

editor and has a JOSM screen shot and costs $5.99 can.<br>
